Kota Doria is an age-old Indian textile produced in the Kota district of Rajasthan. The Doria or threads are finely interweaved to make khat-like check patterns which is the distinct feature of Kota Doria. Its lightweight and sheer texture give this fabric an exquisite grace & breezy feel.

Kota Doria material was originally made with a blend of cotton & silk, also known as Kota Silk Fabric. Nowadays, Kota Doria dress material is also made purely with cotton or mixed with polyester yarns. Fabriclore’s Kota Doria dress materials feature ethereal foil prints, Bandhani, Leheriya, floral & abstract motifs.

That's 552 hrs  in 7 different flights across 5 different countries, just so our love story could be completed.  It all started when a fashion  designer living in New Caledonia, a French island country near Australia in the heart of the Pacific Ocean, fell in love with Indian fabrics at Fabriclore. A mother & artistry enthusiast, she decided to craft her story with them.  We could not be happier when she found us on the internet and reached out to us.
